Full Journal pdf1994-05-10 House Journal Page 4349 HB 71 Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 4346) on the following at this time: HOUSE BILL NO. 71 "An Act relating to the involuntary dissolution of Native corporations; and providing for an effective date." and HOUSE BILL NO. 71 am S (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Phillips moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 71, thus adopting HB 71 am S, and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 71?" Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. HB 71 am was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
